Carter was born on 8/10/23 while in our rescue. His mom, Callie was rescued off the streets of Memphis in early July. Carter and his siblings were all fostered together until they were about 10 weeks old when three went to different foster homes. Carter is still fostered with siblings, Cash and Chelsea. Carter is a very sweet boy, he loves to play and take naps with his siblings. Carter is crate and house trained. He has a great disposition, but he is a little shy at first. He would do best with a family who has another dog so he has a doggy sibling.
