My Story

A5629283 Candy | Mastiff #A5629283 Candy is the sweetest of treats! This darling girl has the cutest scrunchy face with big wrinkly jowls and a teensy tiny tail, topped off with adorably floppy ears. Volunteers have described her as a very special dog - friendly with both people and pups - and with a good energy level - likes to run around, but happy to slow down and seek affection too. Despite her size, Candy will play bow with all dogs, even the little ones, and is a total charmer. Consider adding this chocolatey delight to your family today! 2 year old black brindle Mastiff 88 lbs spayed female Up to date on shots and preventatives, so ready to go home with you today! However, Candy may have a doggy cold, so will need to be adopted on a health waiver - adopter to follow up with own vet for further diagnostics and potential treatment Candy also has one cherry eye, but this can easily be fixed - she's still a gorgeous girl! Came to the Baldwin Park Animal Care Center on 5/30/24 as a stray Beautiful dark brindle coat with a big jowly face, tiny docked tail Perfect energy level - likes to run a bit, but not too wild Very friendly w/ other dogs - loves to play bow, even with the little ones Great on leash Shows some signs of housebreaking Very special dog - volunteer favorite!!
