Butters

Butters is a roughly 5 month old hound mix. He was a stray that had a hard adjustment to normal dog life, so he is currently boarding with Fathom K9 for a two week, on-leash, Basic Obedience Program. We would love nothing more than to see Butters leave training with a family of his own! If you adopt Butters, our trainer will meet with you for free training sessions to teach you how to work his obedience and integrate him into your home! You can find our adoption application online at: https://www.lakesideanimalrescue.com/adoption_application.html Our adoption process consists of a completed and approved application which includes photo(s) of your home, a personal reference and a vet reference if other pets are currently in the home. All applications must be completed in entirety to be considered. Our adoption fee is $495.00 and includes your dog's spay/neuter, UTD vaccines and deworming that are age appropriate, rabies and microchip. Meet and greets are only scheduled with an approved application, and no application will be processed if incomplete. You must fill out an application to help achieve our goal of finding permanent, responsible and loving homes for the animals in our care. Applications are not approved on a first come first served basis, but on which home is best suited for the animal. L.A.R. is a foster based rescue out of Orangeburg County, SC and does not have a physical shelter. We rely solely upon adoption fees and donations to continue our mission to rescuing the abused, abandoned and neglected animals of our communities.
