Butterball is a younger pit mix that has been learning from his foster what love is. This boy enjoys m to play with toys, sunbathe, and get belly rubs for as long as you will give them! He is gentle, takes treats extremely easy, and is very food motivated.
Butterball is good with kids and we believe with a slow proper intro he will be good with other dogs as well! He is extremely smart, and will catch onto your routine pretty quickly. He will need a family willing to continue working with potty training and basic commands. He needs patience and understanding as he sadly lived on a chain before being rescued, making this likely his first time living inside a home.
Butterball definitely is going to make an amazing companion for someone who is willing to continue showing him love, safety and routine.
Adoption is $275, which includes spay/neuter at our vet, vaccines, dewormer, microchip, and clean bill of health. Although we work to potty train all of our dogs, we cannot guarantee full house training before adoption. Regression is a normal part of transitioning to a new home.
