AMERICAN BULLDOG AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION! Say hi to Buster! This handsome 2.5-year-old was brought to the vet to be euthanized. Fortunately for Buster, his owners agreed to have him surrendered to rescue, the vet called us, and we were able to take him in right away. It seems he had a problem with loose stool, which has since resolved at his foster home. Perhaps it was caused by stress or the wrong diet? In any case, he’s a great dog and will make someone an awesome pet! Foster mom Mireille describes Buster as an “absolute delight.” She also has this to say about him: “He can be shy with certain people but is an easygoing dog, fully housetrained, low maintenance, and low to medium energy. He’s waiting for that special person who wants a couch cuddle bug because that’s actually his favourite thing to do.” Buster also enjoys playing ball in the backyard, loves his walks, and is a dream on leash. Buster warms up more quickly to women than men, but is still quite happy to accept head pets and walks from the men of his foster family.
