Buster

Meet Buster! Buster came in as a stray who has a collar embedded into his neck. We believe he spent the first few months of his life on a chain outside without very much attention. Busted deserves much better and we are determined to find that for him! Buster can be a tad bit shy before he gets to know you. Once he is comfortable, he is all play! We’ve discovered that he LOVES squeaky toys, though he isn’t really sure how to play with them. He likes to wiggle his butt in the air and pounce at you while you squeak the toy for him, but once he gets the toy, he has no idea what to do! The right home will provide him to comfort he needs to help him learn how to enjoy playtime and how to be a dog! Buster enjoys playing with other dogs, and plays very gently. His favorite game to play appears to be Tag as he is constantly chasing and getting chased on the play yards. Buster walks well on a leash, but prefers a harness as his neck is still sensitive. This guy is a perfect mix of playful and calm, and would make an excellent addition for any family! Buster weighs 50 lbs and is 7 months old at this time. He has been vaccinated, treated for internal/external parasites, is heartworm negative and already neutered!
