BUDDY (Neutered!)

BUDDY is a happy, playful and friendly male Heeler/Shepherd mix dog. He arrived at the shelter in 2023 and is already neutered. He has an estimated age of three years. It took some time before staff was able to determine that he would be adoptable and he received specialized training from a professional trainer thanks to A Time for Paws to get him there. Because he is already neutered, he can go home the same day that he is adopted. Serious adopters are encouraged to CALL the shelter to schedule an adoption appointment. Staff can explain the adoption procedures and fees when you call. The shelter does require EXACT change in the form of cash or a check. The shelter is UNABLE to accept credit or debit. So, please go prepared! That includes taking your own dog collar and leash with you to the adoption appointment in case you do decide to adopt him. Even better, take a dog crate with you to that appointment. No animal should be allowed to run freely in any vehicle. Especially an animal that you have just adopted. Safety first!
