Introducing Buddy III, we seem to get a lot of dogs named "Buddy" in Colorado rescue, he is probably our 5th or 6th. Buddy was found in a shelter by his previous family and taken home but they were unable to keep him and called us. He is an absolute love and is just waiting for his forever family to find him.
Buddy III is a sweet adolescent boy with lots of energy. He is still in the stage where is needs to be watched closely to ensure he is chewing on the right things. He loves other dogs but hits them in the face like a Boxer. He is quite vocal when playing or waiting for dinner. He loves to run with the other dogs chasing him. He is not sure about the cat, he mostly barks at the her. Buddy III is learning to sit and come when called. The people who adopt Buddy should know that he is not only a bed hog but a pillow hog.
Buddy is getting his vetwork accomplished, he is fighting a urinary infection of some type but once that is clear he will be ready for placement and with that wonderful face, he won't be waiting very long.
He is a little shy at first, but he warms up to people rather quickly. He is getting along WONDERFULLY with the other dogs and we feel that it would be better for him to be adopted into a home with at least one other dog to play with him.
If you are interested in this or any other dog being fostered by IGCA Rescue - Colorado, please contact our state Rescue Coordinator (Tracy -
