Buddy

Buddy here. My fosters rescued me from a busy road almost a year ago. You probably think all I want to do is hunt. Well, true to my name I love to tree critters, but have grown to appreciate the art of relaxation. I'm good at it. I like the indoors with couches and beds and comfy temperatures and people who pay attention to me. I don't chew up stuff when left alone inside, and I potty outside. I'm not needy, but if you're ignoring me, I'll bring my big hound head close and give you the “my ears need rubbing sir " look. When outside, I don't climb or dig to get out of my fence. The gate was left open a couple times, which I thought was an invitation to escape and tree a few squirrels- arooooo. But I came right back home. I like to play with my doggo friends, and love when the kids come over to play. Sometimes ducks land in my foster's pool. I let my people know, but don't go after them myself. Jeez, I'm not a bird dog and I don't like to swim. But I'm a good boy when I get a bath. I'm a pretty darn good dog. If you take me home I'll prove it!
