Buddy

Buddy Update: Buddy is our “Best Bud” hence we immediately named him Buddy. He is everything Boxer including happy go-lucky, loves attention and wants to be attached at our hip. We have had Buddy for a little over a month now, here are a few things that he has focused on to improve in the last month. He learned his name (Yes, he had a name change but he didn’t know his name when we got him). He listens well to basic commands, sit, stay, give paw and come. He was a bit of a rough player with our dogs when he first came. He has learned to play more gently. Buddy does well with our male and female, but he is still working on being less of an attention hog type of dog lol. He was good at being created. We do not create him at all; he is also house trained. He loves to play with his foster siblings and toys. He lives with a male that is (2) and a female that is (3) We also recently started working with him on learning to swim. He is doing great in the pool. He is a kid at heart that also wears his heart on his sleeve. He has a lot of love to give. He is a big love bug. We have had many boxers and have also fostered a few (ok maybe more than a few lol) Buddy is one of the dogs that have grown in our hearts. Our goal is to bridge him to his furever home as we are a dog family that is here to help with fostering. We cannot express enough how special/GREAT Buddy is.
