Meet Buddy! Buddy is just 1 yr old and unfortunately his life so far has not been good. He came from an abusive situation where he was starved. For this reason, Buddy will be best in a home with no other dogs or where he can be kept separate, especially for feeding time. He wants to be your best and only companion, so he doesn't feel he needs to compete for food just to survive. And honestly, after all this young pup has been through, he deserves a warm loving home where he can get all that TLC to himself! He has so much to give, he will just love you up with his puppy kisses, you won't want need another pup!! He has been in a foster home for a few weeks and is doing well BUT his foster mom is having health issues and needs to get surgery. She said he is the sweetest pup! He’ll snuggle up on your lap and take a long nap, content just to be next to you. A smart, sweet pup, he’s crate trained and would love to learn more. He loves walks, although he’s not that great on leash, but he’s working on it! Went nuts over some chickens crossing the road in front of him, so no small animals for Mr Buddy - hey, chickens are for chasing!! He needs someone who can train him even more, as he is super smart and has been a fast learner. He loves giving and receiving love and gives great hugs. He really is a big sweetheart of a pup.
