Buddy#2- AD 7/06

Lookin' for a pal? Well look no further than Buddy! This 2-3 year old sweetheart was dumped at a shelter by his owner - who never bothered to give a reason. To all who have met Buddy, we know he wasn't given up because of any temperament issues - this boy is a GEM! We believe Buddy to be a Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever mix. Lots of Tollers are labeled Goldens in shelters...and once we meet them, we certainly can't turn them away! Every Toller we have placed has been phenomenal - so we are happy to help these "golden look-a-likes"! Buddy is being fostered in Terryville, CT with 4 dogs and two loving humans. He has taken to his new "pack" like a fish to water! Here is what his foster mom says about him: "Buddy weighs 56 lbs. He is sweet, cuddly, loves playing with all dogs male or female. He is great with kids. I can't tell you about cats. He of course is housetrained. He is pretty good on a leash. Very smart. He listens well,does things when he wants to do them. Learns very quickly.
