How handsome is our Bucky! And he's got more than just looks he's got personality too!! Bucky was owned by an elderly man who became too ill to care for himself so he had to go live with his son. Unfortunately Bucky was not welcome so he found himself at the local kill shelter. At 5 years old Bucky was being passed up for the younger puppies and was in danger of being euthanized. Luckily here at Rawhide we know how wonderful adult dogs are and we also know that many people agree! Some lucky family is going to adopt Bucky and realize they have a perfectly trained, already housebroken and all around loveable guy!
Bucky is a big boy at 120 pounds, but he definitely can stand to lose about 20 of them. He is perfect in the house and is perfectly housebroken. He gets along well with other dogs, but would be fine as an only dog as well. Bucky is a big boy and needs an owner who will be able to put him in his place! Once he knows you are the boss he will happily listen and follow his leader. He is happy hanging around with his people, but he also likes to play. It's pretty comical to see this big guy bouncing around!
