Bubba

Meet Bubba! Bubba is a 10-12 month male mixed breed who was sadly abandoned at a dog park on 6/19. He was taken in by our community and brought to a local vet. No microchip was found. He got vaccinated, screened for heart worms, and will be fixed. Despite being abandoned, he is a total love bug. He is 50 lbs of muscle and kisses and wants to be close to his person at all times. He loves hard and fast: he attaches himself to whomever is fostering him, and warms up to new people quickly. He's getting better at not being so clingy, though! He is also, in the words of Zoolander, really really really ridiculously good looking. He is working on his leash reactivity and pulling. He learns fast and can be redirected. He tends to react to small dogs and will not do well in a house with cats. Otherwise he seems to do well with most dogs. He's shown no aggression towards humans but hasn't been tested around children. He loves tug and napping on the couch or at your feet. He would probably do best with an owner who has experience with large dogs, but that's not a requirement. He would make the perfect companion for someone who wants a big cuddle buddy.
