Bruce is a fun, energetic and charming 7 yr. old, 22 lb. Basenji/Terrier Mix who loves a game of fetch and squeaky toys. He already knows sit, stay, crawl, and come. He is very smart and easy to train when motivated by a treat.
Bruce is outgoing and friendly with people, except when he forgets that it isn't his job to guard the home from strangers. He is working with a trainer on that issue and making great progress. He is a volunteer favorite because of his quirky, fun personality.
He would do best as the only dog in a fairly quiet adult home with dog experience.
Bruce was adopted 3 yrs ago and brought back due to an unexpected change in his family's living situation. He would be very grateful for a second chance.
Bruce's Adoption fee is $300 and includes neuter, microchip and current vaccinations.
