Brooke

Brooke has just joined us, and we are so glad we were able to rescue her from the Gonzales Shelter. She had been waiting patiently for a foster home to open up for the past two weeks, and today was finally her liberation day!

Brooke is a SUPER sweet girl that is about 6-7 month olds, gets along with other dogs, is friendly and greets new people in a calm and respectful way. When she sits, she always gets right up next to your legs and looks up at you as you tell her how beautiful she is. We think she has a touch of Aussie in her with her "eye liner," and even though slimmer in build, maybe some Red Heeler since she has similar markings and a medium-length coat. We suspect she will top out at about 30-35 pounds when fully grown. Based on our initial evaluation, we think she'll do great with kids of all ages.
