I have!” What a wonderful report from our volunteer who met three year old Brodie! This big good natured boy weighs a perfect 90 pounds. He’s a calm Lab who’s housetrained, makes great eye contact and knows how to sit, shake, come when called and lie down. Friendly and loving, he’s delighted to see you, yet has polite greeting manners.
Brodie loves to chase a Kong, cats and scurrying critters, but balls, not so much. You’ll often find him carrying one his stuffed babies around. Brodie adores your company and will follow you from room to room and lie contentedly at your feet. At his foster mom’s house he found a little loose spot in the screen door and he got his head through because he so wanted to be inside with the people. He’s great with other dogs, even cranky ones, and is a perfect gentleman in the car. Since he’s a big, athletic boy we think a six foot fence will be best.
A people lover through and through, our handsome, affectionate and well mannered Brodie will be a fabulous catch for one very fortunate family!
