Britches

Britches is being fostered in Machias, Maine and is a very cute mix. Britches is approximately 7 months old. He is black and white and looks like he is wearing pants. Britches is very sweet and friendly and would make a great addition to a loving family! Britches also has a sister, Brandy, that is also shown on petfinder!

Update: 1/13/06: Everyone who has met Britches immediately falls in love!! He has the happiest personality and would just love an energetic, fun companion to play with. Britches needs lots of excercise, interaction with other dogs, and lots of socialization. He is at a crucial stage in his life where these are so so important. Britches is really such a sweetheart, who is full of personality and goofiness. He has been doing awesome with his housetraining and crate training. He has not had one accident in the house and goes almost immediately when he is outside. He always seems to want to be touching or just be near. Britches has been respectful with the cats and has done pretty well with the German Shep.. I think that he would do well in a home where the dog is not dominant. TheGerman Shep. is very dominant and possessive. Britches would prefer a playmate that is willing to share his human. He is very willing to play with other dogs, and I think that he would do well in a household where the dog was laid back. He should go to a home where there is older children as he has not been properly socialized with small children.
