Do you have time and room in your life for a foster dog? http://www.muttloverescue.org/foster.html ***************** Brendan is a goofy, affectionate, and good natured foxhound who will make a loyal and loving addition to any home (his DNA test returned 100% American foxhound). His foster family reports that he checks all the important boxes: housebroken, crate trained, improving quickly on a leash, and gets along very well with the other hounds in his foster home. Brendan weighs 55 lbs. and is about 5-6 years old. Brendan wants to be close to his family and would be perfect for anyone who wants a companion who can go for a long walk or run around the yard and then curl up on the couch. John Muir once described his dog by saying 'never before or since have I seen anything like so passionate a revulsion from the depths of despair to exultant, triumphant, uncontrollable joy.' Brendan fits that description to a tee -- he came to Mutt Love Rescue after a tough start to life in Isle of Wight County. But Brendan has worked hard in his foster home, and is now fully healthy and is ready to share his love for life and those around him with a forever family.
