The one and only Breezy! Breezy is a one in a million girl! With the softest temperament and most endearing eyes, she will steal your heart in a split second! Breezy came to us with her litter of 5 puppies and dreams of a different life. Breezy and her babies were lucky enough to get a transport north to Wisconsin from Tennessee. Shortly after this hopeful mom and her little pups arrived, the shelter they arrived at turned them away due to a "Bully Breed Ban" in the county they had just arrived in. Hope seemed to be short lived. A very kind person partnered with the transporting rescue and drove 4 hours north to get Breezy and her litter. We received a phone call from this kind person who was searching for a recue near her to assist in anyways. Once we heard about the long journey that Breezy and her 5 puppies had, we knew that we needed to help this family! Instantly our staff and the kind lady who brought them from Wisconsin knew how special this little lady was! Breezy is heartworm positive, but undergoing treatment. All of her treatment is already paid for and being coordinated at a local veterinary clinic. She is currently in a foster home so she can have a quiet place to undergo the treatment she is receiving. Her foster home is great but she wants a home of her very own! She is great with other dogs and kids! She loves to chase squirrels, lounge around, and snuggle with people every chance she gets! We aren't sure how she would do in a home with cats. Breezy is 100% potty trained/house trained and will protest her time in a crate. She has no habits of chewing anything other than the toys she's been given. She is microchipped, vaccinated, spayed, and undergoing heartworm treatment with no cost to you. Breezy walks very well on a leash and knows basic commands. Since she is in foster care, we will coordinate a time that works for you to meet this very special girl!
