Brandy was in a shelter in California when flooding had severe impacts on the area. Dogs already in shelters had to be moved out to make room for newly displaced dogs who may have had families searching for them. Brandy is so friendly and agreeable that she was the dog we chose to help integrate the entire group of 18 dogs that were rescued from the flood zones. She is very comfortable in her skin and easily adaptable. Dogs that play roughly or behave in an awkward manner immediately become comfortable in her presence. Brandy is playful and loving with humans and the other dogs. She is treat motivated and very trainable. Just as a good Husky should, Brandy “talks” about her feelings often and lets us know what’s on her mind. We think she is a most gorgeous and wonderful girl–perfect for Husky lovers or good dog lovers in general.
