Brandi ADOPTED

Brandi is as sweet as they come, and a very noble-looking Ibizan hound mix who unfortunately got displaced after her owners decided they could not take Brandi with them after having her for many years. She was left in a kennel for three months, then brought to a shelter and caged again for several weeks, but a Rawhide Rescue volunteer heard the call and gave Brandi a chance to be free in a caring home and play amongst other dogs. Brandi is approximately 8 years young, very well trained, with an exceptional temperament. She is completely housebroken, plus knows how to sit, give paw, lay down, and sit up. She walks well on leash and loves to play ball. She is quite a ham actually, and an athlete, as she demonstrates her talent by fetching a thrown ball, returning it to you, dropping it at your feet then barking to let you know to throw the ball again. Brandi also enjoys toys and stuffed animals, and just being near people. She is highly feminine and light on her feet, and just like a lady, prefers her run to be tidy and clean. She thinks she is a princess and prefers to be treated as such. To be honest, she should be - she deserves the royal treatment. Now that Brandi has been freed from kennel life and is thriving in the company of people and other dogs, the only thing missing is her permanent new home that will give her plenty of love and exercise.
