BRANDI HAD BEEN ADOPTED! THANKS CASTLE FAMILY OF RIVER, KY! Brandi is a female Black Lab mix, possibly mixed with Terrier, who is estimated at 9 mths of age. Brandi and her babies (Morgan, Sandy, Ginny and Max) came to the shelter one hot Sunday. A family pulled up with them and based on conversations with them, it was decided that it would be in the best interest of this little family to take them into our care. Brandi was terrified when she came in but she has warmed up and is doing so much better. We think it is because she has finally found people that love her and take care of her and she is not longer insecure. All of her babies have found loving homes, except for Morgan, and just like his Mom, he is black too and we all know that black dogs/puppies are the last ones to be placed. So, Brandi anxiously awaits her forever home. Brandi will make someone a wonderful companion dog with just a little TLC. Brandi is not a very big dog, weighing only 25-30 lbs.
