I'm a sweet, silly, and oh so handsome 2.5-yr-old cattle dog mix looking for my forever family! Might it be you? I love to snuggle and be with my people, and also love to play and go for walks. I have a bit of a hitch in my giddy-up because I was hit by a car 6 months ago, but I don't let it slow me down too much. I live with a dog respectful toddler and my foster brother (dog) and do great with them, but, as with any new dog, I would appreciate a slow introduction and some time to adjust to a new environment. I also live with a house rabbit who is corralled in an x pen, but it has taken me a long time to not fixate on her, so I may not be good with cats. I can be reactive when on leash, but respond very well to "leave it, watch me" training. I also need a calm but strong leader (like a cowpoke!) to let me know that I'm not the one that has to be in charge of the household. Once that's established, I relax and am very happy and a good good boy! I am completely house trained, though may help myself to low-lying snacks left around and am UTD on all shots. I had surgery on my broken leg in September, but am fully healed from that. If you are a lightly active family in Western Washington who might be interested in me, I'd love to meet you!
