Boss

Hi! My name is Boss and my foster mommy says that I am finally ready to find my forever home! I am 6 years old and I weigh roughly 60 pounds.  My story begins way back when I was just 10 months old. I was picked up by a rescue (not Lucci’s House) and I thought they were going to help me find my forever home. Unfortunately, that did not happen. Instead, I was put in a kennel in a garage, and for 6 years, I never left it.  This is where my story gets good! That rescue shut down in 2023 and Lucci’s House came to save me! Now, I am experiencing all of the things I missed out on! I was so scared when I arrived at my foster mommy's house. I had never been in a house before. A few weeks later, I wasn't scared anymore. I sleep on the couch, I play with toys, and I finally have a yard to run around in. Due to my past, I do not do well with other dogs or children. I just never learned how to be around them. I will need someone to go slow with me as I am pretty nervous about new things. I am learning about baths and car rides. My foster mommy says I'm very brave! I absolutely love to be outside. Because I spent the majority of my life inside, I enjoy watching cars go by and listening to all the new sounds.
