Brave Boone has made great progress since arriving at the shelter. His real personality is blossoming, and we've learned that he loves to chase and retrieve balls; that he is super smart and very interested in learning what to do to earn a treat; and that he has a gentle soul. Boone arrived very underweight, and it has taken a bit of time for him to realize that he will get multiple meals every single day. Now that he doesn't have to worry about food, he is beginning to spend time playing and enjoying attention from people. He is a little timid at first, but when offered a few treats, which he takes very gently, he is happy to make new friends.
