Boo

Boo arrived due to her owners being evicted, they were not able to reclaim her once they found a new space to live. Boo is a Terrier mix, 6.9 yrs old and 87 pounds. She already knows sit, stay (sometimes, still learning) and quick to impress for a tasty treat! She is friendly upon meeting new human friends. While we can't rave enough about her amazing personality, we do have to mention, she has to be a solo pet. (We promise she has a lot of love to give!) She is so amazing, loves to explore and go on long walks (she is strong). She loves a good trail walk. Our radiant girl loves to exert her energy in fenced play-yards. Running with a toy, engaging in getting pet; we love to see her having fun! She is fully house-broken and will alert you when it's time to go for a walk. When other dogs are present, she can become overstimulated, she is very strong and will need a strong handler for leash-walking. If you have a large fenced in yard (PVC 6ft) a romp in the yard could be great too. She will frolic, play with toys and come back to you for pets. She loves to do her business, run around and then lay down and roll around on the cool grass. Boo, is easily one of the best kept secrets at the shelter. We know it's a BIG ask, but if you really are looking to open your heart and home, we can't recommend a better girl!! Boo would do best in a home with older children at trainers' discretion.
