Boo

Greetings! My name is Boo, Bouvier if we are being formal. I’m a 6-month-old Rat Terrier mix and I’m seeking my forever home I’m not too tiny and weigh about 18 pounds, all full of energy. I have two foster dog brothers to play with and we have a great time. I’m a typical puppy and keep my foster mom on her toes. What else would you like to know? I am super cute…and I mean 100% adorable. Check out my pictures! I’m housebroken, crate trained, love to go on walks, enjoying playing, and I’m learning basic cues. My foster mom is a trainer and she says I’m very smart and easy to work with, especially because I’m very food motivated. I would love to take some classes with my new family so I can continue to learn and build my confidence. I’d love a companion dog in my new home, but it’s not required. I’m gaining confidence and don’t rely so much on the other dogs in my foster home. My new home should have a fenced-in yard to keep me safe and allow me to show off my zoomies. I haven’t been around children a lot and would do best with older children. There are no cats in my foster home, but I don’t seem to have a high prey drive. I have some general anxiety (I didn’t have a great start to life) and I’ve been on meds for the last month. They’ve helped me to chill out and I’ve blossomed. The meds are inexpensive, and I will stay on them until I transition to my new home. I’m braver when it comes to meeting new people and dogs, but introductions must be done slowly and at my pace.
