Hello there! My name is Bonnie, and I'm a 9-week-old Red and White American Foxhound puppy. I was rescued by Kern County Animal Services and brought to the wonderful folks at Have a Heart Humane Society. They say my theme song could be "Streets of Bakersfield," but with a twist: "You don't know me (yet), but you will love me (when you meet me!)" I've had a bit of a rough start in life. Humans haven't always been kind to me, so I'm a little shy right now. But, don't let that fool you! I have so much love to give—I just need to find my special human to share it with. Right now, I'm safe and sound at my foster's house, where I'm learning that there are kind and loving humans out there. I'm a good girl with a gentle heart, and I dream of finding my Forever Home where I can finally feel safe, loved, and cherished. Could you be the one to show me what true love and kindness are?
