I got my name because I look just like a superhero dog, but instead of a Super Bark, I have a Super Tap! My tap-dancing skills win over any person I meet! You will always know where to find me, because as soon as I hear you coming, I will start my happy tap dancing and will be thrilled to see you! I was found as a stray, but while on the waitlist, I spent time with another dog and loved running around trying to find a task on a farm! I can be your running buddy, or try to be your herding dog, but please don’t make me go around any cats; they can’t handle my Super Tap. Boltz's date of birth is 12/2/2018 and he weighs 38 pounds. FOSTER UPDATE!! *Tell us about a time that made you smile or when they did something cute or heartwarming. He's a dancer! Like the dog on Tic Toc that bounces on and lifts each front leg dancing. He's a super happy energetic dog. *When was your foster(s) the happiest? What did that look like? He's happy all the time. He also gets along well with my dogs well. *Tell us any ways that your foster(s) grew, or anything learned while in your home. We're working on down. He loves to greet you with a hug but we're working on down so not jumping up without permission. *Briefly describe your foster(s). What kind of home do you think your foster would blossom in? He needs a young active family willing to help train (very willing to learn) and is active in hiking or dog sports. All of our rescues are rehabilitated and once healthy are available for an adoption fee of $95 for cats and dogs. This fee includes: • Extensive medical health check by a licensed veterinarian • Up to date on all vaccinations. • Spayed/Neutered • Microchipped • 30-day pet health guarantee for local adoptions only (*Must follow process provided at time of adoption.) • 30-day money back guarantee Our goal is to find loving homes for all our rescued animals. Because we care about our rescues and their future, some animals have certain new family requirements before they can be released to their new home. Requirements for adoption could include the following: • Fenced yard (required for most dogs) and home inspection for all animals; we will complete an onsite fence/home check prior to completing the adoption. *Fenced yard required. (We do not accept invisible fences.) • Veterinary reference for previous pet owners (must be/have been current on vaccinations and heartworm prevention) • If no previous veterinary history, purchase of 3 month heartworm prevention • If renting, verification with Landlord on acceptability of pets and any restrictions, pet deposit, etc. • Meet and greet with current pets to ensure compatibility Note: We will call your current/previous veterinarian to verify that you have a history of providing vaccinations and heartworm prevention for your animal(s). We do a physical home/fence inspection prior to completing the adoption if a fence is required.
