Bolt

He was transported to a home in Colorado where he has attached strongly to the family he currently resides with there. Bolt has a comical personality and loves to toss his toys around and to gallop around the backyard. His other favorite past time is snuggling with his people. Bolt has become inseparable with the young human child in the house and he and Bolt spend most of their days joined at the hip. Bolt is extremely soulful and devoted to whomever he attaches to as his family. He loves his people so much that it leads him to feel overly protective of them with outside visitors. Bolt's current home is devastated that they are unable to be his forever family, due to their home being high traffic with many visitors. It takes Bolt a long time to accept new visitors into the home and for him to understand that new people are not a threat to him or his family. Bolt enjoys being the only dog in the house and is not a fan of sharing his people with other dogs. We are seeking a home for Bolt in which unfamiliar visitors are rare, as this would allow him to feel safest. His undying loyalty to his owner(s) would make him the most devoted companion to a lucky family of his own. Roams to Homes Rescue will arrange transportation for Bolt to an approved adopter anywhere in the United States.
