***SPECIAL NEEDS****Bogart is a white German Shepherd who is the most loving, gentle dog you could find. He is not pretty to look at due to allergies. Bogie was surrendered to us because of his own allergies. He lived in New England most of his life without problems, but he and his family retired to Florida. They thought that they could all enjoy their golden years but Bogie became allergic to the environment. The vet told the family that the only chance for Bogie was to return to NE. He came back and has been staying with family but that didn't work out so he is at the shelter. His allergies have him so itchy that he is licking himself to the point of bleeding. We will be working on healing his wounds and restoring him to the pretty dog he should be. If there is anyone who would be willing to help this deserving boy to heal please contact us.
