Hi there, I'm Bob. Can I go home with you? I've been waiting since the end of May for a family to adopt me. Everyone is super nice here and the volunteers take me for walks, but I want a family to call my own. When I arrived, the vet did a test and discovered I had heartworms. Dogs can get this from the bite of an infected mosquito, and it is not contagious to people or pets. I've gone through my treatment and am doing great; I just have to take it easy for the next few months. I like to be around people and get lots of pets. I also enjoy going for walks and playing with toys. Sometimes I get a bit excited, so a home with older kids would be best. Please give me a home. Thanks to Dollys Dream, they have kindly paid my adoption fee and I get to go home with goodies to help me settle into my new home.
