My Story

Welcome Bo to rescue! He is a gorgeous red fawn IG that was turned over to a shelter due to a divorce, and the shelter contacted us.

Bo afraid of the vet due to some rough handling and will need some patience and love to surpass his fear. He also cannot be placed in a home with young children due to his fear but his former owner stated that he was friendly with children so older children will be considered.

Bo is nearly perfect on his housetraining and will want to be with you all the time - very much a velcro dog. He loves attention from his humans and has a great temperment outside of the fear for the vet. He loves to play with stuffed animals, goes through the doggie door, ride in the car and go for walks on a leash. He does need some work with his kitchen manners. He would be fine as an only dog or with others. He is currently being crate trained by his foster home.

If you are interested in this or any other dog being fostered by IGCA Rescue - Colorado, please contact our state Rescue Coordinator (Tracy - [email protected]) to start the adoption paperwork process.
