Hi! My name is Blue and I am a pure bred, AKC registered Great Dane. I came to live with my foster mother because I my mom couldn't take care of me anymore and I had a 'little problem' with my tail. Actually, I had a BIG problem known as 'happy tail.' I get so excited that I just wag my tail like crazy. I bashed it off walls, furniture, my crate, my family, and everything else until I pretty much wagged the end of it right to the bone. The nice vet took off the part of my tail that was all raw and sore and now he says I am recovering very well. In 2 more weeks he thinks I'll be all better! Aside from my tail problem, I am just a big goofy puppy. I know how to sit and I am doing much better with the command 'off' but I still like to jump up and give hugs. I need to be in a house with no little kids or senior citizens, because I will probably knock them over by accident. Because of the expense of my surgery and my pedigree, a special adoption fee applies for me. I will only be adopted within the state of Georgia.
