Blossom

Beautiful Blossom will warm your heart. If you really want to offer a loving home abundant with love, Blossom couldn't be more deserving!!! She has a big story but first about Blossom. She is sweet, loving, affectionate and kind. Blossom had a tough go and so she can be timid of new things like loud noises or fast movements. She is does not have a mean bone in her body she just gets a little scared sometimes but looks to you for comfort and then moves on!!!! You see, Blossom was literally kicked out of a car at a gas station in a rural So Cal town, not once but twice. She was seen being left behind by a man in a van who drove away and left her there. She got scared and ran into the bushes at the edge of the reservation lands. But she had a collar and tag!!!! So AC called the number, the man came back and picker her up. And what did he do? He pulled the tag off the collar and kicked her out again! Blossom ran into the hills terrified. For the NEXT 6 MONTHS, Blossom made her way early mornings and late evenings to the gas station parking lot for scraps, food, and whatever she could find. A couple staff members (who we call rescue angels) made sure she had food and water and soon she learned who to trust. But during those 5 months concerned people tried to catch her and she learned to be elusive, just out of reach. Well, until she had 5 babies in a cave!! That was our chance!! Being the loyal good Momma she was to her newborn babies she stayed in the cave with them. We sent the gentleman who she knew the best and with some treats and a gentle touch he was able to slip a lead around her neck. We then moved her and babies into a crate. Over the next several weeks at her Foster Mom house she literally BLOSSOMED to the beautiful sweet angel she is today. Now she is with her 5 pups at her second foster and is ready for the next step towards a forever home! Her pups are now up for adoption and we are nothing short of proud of Blossom's Big Heart she has shown her babies and her foster Moms. She has stolen our hearts and we want the very best loving FOREVER home where she will never fear being homeless again.
