Beautiful, bold, boisterous Blitzen has been growing up in the shelter environment. This energetic young dog came to Animal Friends as a stray back in November 2023, meaning this sweet girl has spent over 250 days living at the shelter. While Blitzen is well loved by staff and volunteers and enjoys her time romping around the playyard with other dogs and splashing around in the kiddie pool. we dream of a day where she will get to enjoy adventures in a home of her own. If you'd like to give Blitzen the foster or forever home she's been waiting for come out and meet her today! Blitzen is current on shots, licensed, and microchipped. All dogs over 6 months have been heartworm tested, and all dogs are treated monthly for fleas/ticks and are on Heartworm prevention (NexGard PLUS). All pets are spayed/neutered prior to a finalized adoption. All our dogs receive a behavior assessment before being placed for adoption to determine initial behaviors towards people and other dogs in the shelter environment.
