Hi there! My name is Blair and I was found in the City of Altoona as a stray and unfortunately, no one came to claim me. I am a sweet girl, but I am fearful and need a low traffic home with a family who will help to build my confidence and give me the reassurance that I need to realize that I am safe and loved. I will need an adult only home without other dogs, but I did test just fine with cats. I do have a bit of food possessive behavior, but this is easily managed by feeding me in my own space! Any visits with me do need to be scheduled in order to allow staff to provide me with the slow introductions I need in order to build trust. Please keep in mind that one visit will not be enough for me to be able to feel comfortable with anyone new and I will require multiple visits.
