Male, neutered, but has heartworms. When he was found he was VERY thin. You could see every rib bone and his hip bones. He had a broken leg which has grown together, but it has left a knot the size of a small apple on his leg. He can walk on it, but holds it up sometimes. The vet has said that it would be better to leave it the way it is than to rebreak it and do surgery. He will begin heartworm treatment as soon as he is well enough. He is a very sweet dog who is mild mannered and good with cats.

Adoptions are held on Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Petco on Bay Area Boulevard. The adoption fee starts at $125. All dogs are heartworm tested, on heartguard, fixed, vaccinated, dewormed and defleaed. All dogs are microchipped.
