They say beauty is in the eye of the beholder…in this boy’s case; beauty was in the eye of his rescuer. Even when he was an elusive skinny, limping stray with hair loss from skin infections; his rescuer saw past that and knew he would be a beautiful boy with a sweet disposition, and she was right! ?Black Beauty (Buddy) is a huge cuddle bug. He is smart and since seeking your approval is his main goal in life, he learns fast while still having the attention span of a year-ish old puppy. The skin issues are on the mend but his limp is an old injury that healed wrong so he will always have that. He would do best in a home with a buddy his size (35 pounds or more) to play with and show him the ropes. Since he doesn’t seem to understand that he can potty while on a leash- a fenced yard would be ideal. ?BB has allergies that may be seasonal. The itch is controlled nicely with meds, however, some future follow-up with this may be needed and the meds may be able to be eliminated. ?Black Beauty is neutered and vaccinated, potty trained with good house manners (with your guidance).
