Bindi is a uniquely beautiful 6 year old Catahoula Leopard Dog. She is housebroken, has a mellow energy level and is calm and well behaved in the home - she is already trustworthy in the house and does not need a crate or kennel. While she does well meeting new people outside of the home, she is protective over her home and belongings when guests come into her home. The rescue will provide new training for an adopter at no cost to help her start off on the right foot at learning to allow guests to come into the home successfully, but she will need an experienced, committed adopter ready to work with her. Bindi is part of our rehoming program and her current family is rehoming her because she does not get along well with the other dog in her home. Bindi is not reactive when meeting new dogs out in public or on walks but again struggles with sharing her space and belongings with them. She would do best as the only dog in the home. We are recommending a home without small children for Bindi, older kids would be okay.
Adoption fee $150, Bindi is spayed and current on vaccines. Located in Orlando, FL.
