Billy

Billy is settling in very well. He loves people, he is great so far with other dogs - perfectly friendly with the exception of a French bulldog who ran up to him and bit him on the nose a few times - after about the third time Billy jumped on him but stopped immediately when I raised my voice. He's incredibly calm and stays right next to me all the time, and so far his recall is 100 percent. He still gets over-excited about food but he is not as bad as he was, and we are working on that. He will sit and try to wait for me to set the bowl down (it's the waiting part that gets him) I use a slow-feeder and a food-dispensing ball. He goes right in his crate for a treat but he will break out of it if he can - I had to reinforce mine along all the seams but he's fine with being in the crate as long as he doesn't see me. Once he sees me, he thrashes around and cries to be let out no I need to get to my drop in is it OK. Still working on housetraining but he has finally stopped pooping is his crate, thank goodness (at least I hope!!) And he caught on really quickly to pointing outside and will run straight outside and "go peepee as soon as you tell him. He is an absolute cuddle bug and my shadow everywhere we go.
