Billie is rambunctious and filled with that puppy energy! He loves to meet new people and loves to chase after toys in the play area. He does well with other dogs with a proper introduction and would do best in a home with no cats. Due to his age, he will need some manners training and leash training. But we're confident he would learn quickly.
