My Story

Billiard is a sweet girl who dropped in on Labs and More with her 6 young pups. She was rescued by a wonderful person who asked for our help and we knew she was a girl we could save. Billiard is around 3 years old and we believe she is a Spaniel and Border Collie mix. She is affectionate, loving and gentle hearted. She is a nice size at less than 40lbs and easy to handle on leash. She is learning her manners and is eager to please. She has met some dogs and she has done well with the introductions, however she likes to bark at cats and likely isn't the best fit for a home with a kitty. She sleeps well in her crate at night, enjoys playing with toys, and never says no to a cuddle session on the couch. Billiard loves people and is a great companion to take on outings to coffee shops and restaurants. She bonds closely with her people and is working on her crate training during the day but we think she would prefer a family that works from home or can take her to work with them. If you think you are ready to add to your family by adopting Billiard, then fill out an adoption questionnaire on our website today! We recommend completing the questionnaire and connecting with an adoption coach before looking for a dog or puppy you'd like to adopt. If you're already approved to adopt or if you've adopted from Labs and More before, connect with your adoption coach for the next steps. Your interest in adopting a rescued dog or puppy from Labs and More Rescue is appreciated! Please find our adoption information at www.labsandmore.org. Your adoption donation provides funding for Labs and More, a nonprofit organization which is supported solely by Volunteers and funded by donations. Good news is your adoption donation can be considered tax deductible. So much care is provided to your new dog prior to the adoption, including: spay and neuter, microchip, veterinarian visit(s), vaccinations, and other medical care as needed. Many of the dogs we rescue require extensive surgeries and care prior to adoption. Please understand we are unable to predict future behavior or medical needs of your adopted dog. We provide no guarantees regarding behavior, breed, or age of the dogs. Thank you for rescuing.Thank you for looking to Adopt a Labrador Retriever or other Mixed Breed Dog from California Labradors Retrievers and More Rescue.
