We had a foster let us know this boy was dumped along with his son (brother?), they are now here at The Baum Shelter with the rest of our residents. The two are a bonded pair we'd like to get them adopted together, but I'd be willing to split them up for the right home. They are both young enough that they learn quickly but they need a stable home with a large backyard. Biggie needs an owner that is willing to be patient and gentle, he likely experienced abuse before he came to us. He can be skittish and hyper-alert in new situations but he has been affectionate and loving towards friends and family.
They play with other dogs but some dogs are not welcome within their bond, Biggie is protective of Smalls. Biggie would be a wonderful dog for someone dedicated to the companionship. He is always on my hip, eager to hear that he's being a good boy. He especially enjoys cuddling.
These two are heart worm negative, neutered, and up to date on all of their vaccinations.
