Bexar

This from this sweet boy, Bexar’s foster family: Bexar is an active and loyal dog who loves to spend time with his people. He is quite athletic and would love to be in a home with a backyard where he can run and jump. He is great on walks with a gentle leader and does well with car rides. He loves to receive pets and scratches and is very food-motivated. He is fully housetrained and knows how to follow simple commands like "sit, stay and come." He is currently in a home with small children and is somewhat indifferent to them. He is the only dog in the home but consistently plays well with other dogs in a variety of settings. He has not been around cats while living with his current owners, so caution should be taken if cats are in the home. Bexar is a great dog who is loved by his current owners, but they recently added a child with special needs into their home and he is now not receiving the amount of attention that he should have so a new, loving family is being sought for him. His current owners will continue to foster him until a loving family can be found to take him in. He will come with all toys, crate, leashes, and supplies to help with the transition. Bexar is neutered, microchipped, fully vaccinated, heartworm negative, and on flea and heartworm prevention.
