Everyone meet Betsy! We think this cutie may be a Chihuahua mix. She’s as sweet as she is adorable! She’s a small girl, around 20 pounds, and about 3 years young. Betsy was abandoned by her family and lived as a stray for a short time before being taken to the shelter. Shy and unsure at first, she quickly warms up and is loving, playful, and even talkative!
