Bess has been patiently waiting for someone to look her way. Black dogs statistically have a much harder time gaining interest. She has been in a foster home, however, her foster moves to England this upcoming year. We are searching for either a foster home or forever home. Bess is a loyal, lovable girl. She prefers to be the only pet. Other animals stress her out. She loves to lay in the sun and snuggle with a human. Bess does great with children of all sizes. Our rescue provides approved adoption applicants with a three-week trial period to ensure compatibility. We also offer foster options for many of our listed dogs. We don't charge an adoption fee. We have a thorough application process. We prefer homeowners who have prior pet ownership experience. This is not necessarily required but is preferred. We will need to immediately review your contract to ensure that pets are allowed in your rental, specifically the breed and size of the dog you are applying for. We verify everything for legal reasons.
