Meet Bertie! This sweet little lady with a constant smile on her face was found as a super skinny stray and unfortunately no owner ever came forward for her. We may never know where she came from, or who has been loving her the past 6 years - if anyone - but what we do know is that she is so eager for love and freedom!! She loves to give kisses and is good with kids. Bertie is a mere 36 pounds. She's got some healing and weight gain to do but she's just a petite little girl. She's got a happy energy but loves to cozy right into her people. She is 6 years old and gets along with most other dogs - but is pretty interested in cats. She is a super chewer and loves nylabones but doesn't chew the furniture. She would make the perfect addition to any lucky family.
