Hi, my name is Bernie, and I am a friendly, smart, playful, and super affectionate dog. I am a female adult, and I am looking for my forever home. I am very people-oriented, and I love nothing more than snuggling up on the couch with my favorite humans. I can be a bit nervous around other dogs, so I would do best in a home where I can be the only pet. I am an intelligent dog who is always eager to learn new things and would benefit from an owner who can continue to train me. I am energetic, so I would love to have a backyard to play in or regular walks in the park. I have been diagnosed with a heart murmur so I am not able to get spayed right now. Overall, I am a sweet and loving dog who is looking for a family to call my own. I am sure to bring lots of love and joy to my new family.
